According to the direction from par.(1) art.324 PC of RM, as objects meant for corruption can be: money, value titles, other goods or patrimonial advantages, services, privileges, advantages. Thus, in the meaning of the direction of par.(1) art.324 PC of RM, by „money” should be meant both the money units of Republic of Moldova (the Moldovan leu), and of other countries, which are in circulation, i.e. at the moment of committing the offence, being at the moment in monetary financial exchange. |
