Rezumat

A new estimation methodology for post-technological structural modification efficiency of ChG was presented. The contribution of different factors to the total value of post-technological structural modification efficiency was estimated for binary chalcogenide glasses of As-S(Se) systems in full glass-forming regions. It was shown that compositional dependences of structural modification numerical criteria could be associated mainly with defect formation processes of different chalcogenide glass systems.n
