У статті розглядаються питання щодо необхідності застосування адміністративних заходів у сфері злитті й поглинання фінансових установ. Виділено форми адміністративно-правового регулювання, проаналізовано прямі та опосередковані методів впливу держави на цю сферу правовідносин. Систематизовано правові основи адміністративно-правового регулювання у сфері злиття й поглинання фінансових установ в Україні. Досліджено доцільність і межі адміністративно-правового регулювання в указаній сфері. Проаналізовано форми та методи, що використовує держава у процесі адміністративно-правового регулювання у сфері злиття й поглинання фінансових установ. Викладено точки зору окремих авторів стосовно розуміння сутності методу правового регулювання в зазначеній сфері.

The article discusses the issue of the necessity of application of administrative measures in the field of mergers and acquisitions of financial institutions. Selected forms of administrative-legal regulation, as well as the analysis of direct and mediated methods of influence of the state on this sphere of relations. Systematic legal basis of administrative-legal regulation in the sphere of mergers and acquisitions of financial institutions in Ukraine. Investigated the feasibility and the borders of administrative-legal regulation in the specified field. Analyzes the forms and methods of using the State in the process of administrative-legal regulation in the sphere of mergers and acquisitions of financial institutions. Set out the terms of the individual authors with respect to understanding the method of legal regulation in this field.
