In the following article the course of corruption was interpreted as a social phenomena compared to aspects of legislation in Republic of Moldova and other states. The purpose of the scientific paper is to identify the main causes of corruption in several states , as well as a detailed description of consequences of corruption on the public administration level. The title of a corrupted person varies between an ordinary executive and can reach a whole political party. Therefore it is important to specify that the lack of public controlling can produce an increasing level of corruption development of a state. The main opposition to the persisting phenomena and only solution would be a structured and well organised Government, as well as an efficient political system. . |
