Innovative environment in network-based organisations is the main thrust of network-based organisations of modern market because of its importance. Everyone shall understand the importance of innovations, but there is more detail understanding of innovative environment in network-based organisation, which shall require purposeful and complex attitude to this object. Results of quantitative research, performed in network-based organisation “Oriflame” show, that external and internal factors of the environment shall allow increase possibilities of competitive ability of network-based organisation essentially and at the same time shall improve innovative environment. Such main factors of internal environment as culture of organisation, stability of activity and process as well as organisation’s staff and its policy are very important for competitive ability of network-based organisation. Such main factors of external environment as competitive, social and economical environment are very important for competitive ability of network-based organisation.
