Rezumat

In this paper theoretical researches on transformations of business environment are presented, and their impact on HRM in organizations. After summarizing analyzed researches, this paper emphasizes transformations in business environment, marketing and their future trends, which are important for HRM.

В этой статье рассматриваются теоретические источники научного анализа изменений бизнес-среды и их влияние на организацию управления человеческими ресурсами. На основе анализа итоговых теоретических источников, выявляются изменения, которые произошли в бизнес-среде, маркетинге и будущих тенденций в направлениях, имеющих отношение к управлению человеческими ресурсами.
