În acest articol, se menţionează că incriminarea activităţilor contributive, în raport cu infracţiunile privind traficul de persoane, este recomandată în cadrul unor acte normative internaţionale. Se arată că nu este oportună implementarea în legislaţia Republicii Moldova şi a României a modelelor provenind din legislaţia Cambodgiei, Mauritiusului, Ghanei şi Ciprului, modele presupunând asimilarea cu fapta autorului infracţiunilor privind traficul de persoane a faptelor participanţilor secundari la infracţiunile în cauză, precum şi a faptelor persoanelor care sunt numai implicate în săvârşirea infracţiunilor privind traficul de persoane

In this article it is stated that the indictment of the contributive actions related to the infrigements of human traffic is recommended to be stipulated in some International normative acts. It is shown that it is not desirable to implement, inside the legislation of the Republic of Moldova or Romania, the models coming from the legislation of Cambodia, Mauritius, Ghana or Cyprus, which reside, not only in the assimilation, together with the deed of the wrongdoer of the infrigements of human traffic of the deeds committed by the secondary participants to the crimes under debate, but also to the deeds of the persons who are only involved in the human traffic crime
