Revitalizing of national traditions and universalization of folk element in the Romanian literature of Bessarabia of the 1960s represented for local writers the strong desiderate in the search and retrieval process of values, the way to Ithaca. Teleporting into a rural atmosphere, sketching simple and ingenious characters, as befitting their Romanian peasants to be, the excellent writer Spiridon Vangheli confirms his status as son of this „aria”, wise and ready to give to those around him the seeds of ancestral knowledge. The way of doing it is a purely psychological, and moralist one. Approaching to the level of perception the world of the child, the writer instructs the little reader by fun and play, so that sub-textual lesson to succeed fully.
