Problemele discutate în acest articol sunt legate de detenția ilegală. Având în vedere natura transversală a problemelor analizate, autorul investighează unele aspecte de procedură penală și de drept penal ale răspunderii pentru aceste crime. Articolul abordează atât aspecte teoretice, cât și practice de aplicare a legii în materie, prezentând interes nu numai pentru studenții facultăţilor cu profil juridic, dar și practicienilor.

The issues that are discussed in this article are related to the illegal detention. Taking into account the cross- cutting nature of the analyzed problems, the author investigated some criminal procedure and criminal law aspects of the responsibility for these crimes. The article addressed both the theoretical and practical aspects of law enforcement, that is of interest not only to students, faculty, educational institutions legal profile, but also to practitioners.
