In the present article, the author analyzes the problem of the study of the state organization of the political authority in the constitutional law. Various points of view are discussed concerning the structure of the executive. There have been proposed for analysis the subjects: the definition of the notion of „ the Government; the role and place of the Government in the system of public authorities; the structure of the Government and its functions; the responsibility of the Government; the relations between the Government and the Parliament
