Puterea juridică este o calitate datorită căreia actul normativ-juridic interacţionează cu restul actelor juridice din sistemul dreptului, asigurând în final păstrarea unei structuri ierarhice. Indiferent de criteriile ce stau la baza clasificării actelor normativ-juridice, un lucru este cert – ordinea în sistemul acestor acte este stabilită prin intermediul statului. În sistemul legislației Republicii Moldova, care conține o varietate de acte normativ-juridice, ierarhizarea lor depinde de puterea juridică a actului și este condițională de locul organului care l-a emis în sistemul organelor statului

The judicial power is a quality due to which the normative-juridical act interacts with the rest of the juridical acts of the law system, finally ensuring the preservation of a juridical system. Indifferent of the criteria the classification of the normative-juridical acts is based on, one thing is certain – the order in the system of these acts is established with the aid of the state. In the legislation system of the Republic of Moldova, which contains a variety of normative-juridical acts, their hierarchy depends on the juridical power of the act and is conditioned by the place of the body which introduced it in the state system
