In this study we have tried to analyze the juridical perspective and content of law-based contracts, conventions that are generally defined not by the will of the parties, but through their intention to obtain certain rights and to obey certain obligations prescribed by the imperative legal norm. Representing a certain risk for the contract liberty, these legal constructions still bring a real benefit for the consumer type of relationships and never the less have their contribution for the commercial sector.
