| Rezumat | ||||||
The behavior is the most important component of the juvenile’s personality. The person’s behavior had a social character. In this context the victimal behavior is a deviant social behavior. The analysis of different opinions and studies make the possibility to give a precisely and fulfilled definition of the victimal behavior of the minor victim of sexual abuse. Based on two own researches: victimological and sociological one, the author identified and examined three different types of juvenile victimal behavior: neutral, imprudent and provocateur. |
