There exist many questions that should be solved in order to avoid the diminishing of the significance from the social-political, economic and moral point of view of the existing juridical standards. The solution of an aspect of this problem we intend to put forward in this article in order to create some rules to constitute signs of circulation in the large and rich system of the existing legislation of Republic of Moldova. |
