To highlight some features of the legal institution of termination obligations we made a comparative analysis of the Dutch Civil Code, the German and the Ukrainian. We found some differences on the means provided to the creditor and debtor to secure the obligations of their interests in stage terminating obligations. To improve the Civil Code of the Republic of Moldova on the extinction of obligations, we proposed taking over certain legislative constructions that we find in this foreign codes. Proposals submitted may essentially contribute to improving civil procedure of termination obligations from Civil Code of the Republic of Moldova. |
