Rezumat

In the study titled “Ensuring sustainable economic growth in the rule of law” the authors challenge the current problems of theory and practice of building the rule of law, and seven ways to ensure growth in this state. We firmly believe that only the rule of law will be decisive in the economic growth assumption of Moldova, because in a democratic society one of the fundamental human rights is the right to private property, insured and guaranteed for each natural or legal person. Also, note that investors will risk investing in a state where there is political stability and a fiscal policy, and not only predictable and adequate legal framework that would provide assurance that the solution of litigation the court will apply and will fully respect the law so that he is guaranteed the right to private property. The State, through their policies, is to ensure firstly pressing needs of the population, which is possible only through economic growth, which in turn can be guaranteed through direct investment or consumption increase. Ultimately, economic growth must be sustainable to provide a decent living for all citizens whereas the rule of law, the law is for all members of society. The role of investment in a country’s economic development is extremely important and complex because they affect ownership structures, economic structures and sub-branches, technological structures, employment structures, with direct and indirect consequences on the social, influencing the pace development of the country.
