| Rezumat | ||||||
This study is devoted to the investigation of the legal generic object, the legal special object and of the material object of the offence on human trafficking in the comparative law. Among others, it is concluded that until any changes to the name of Chapter III of the Special Part of Penal Code are made, namely the social relations on freedom, honor and dignity are those to form the legal generic object of the offense under art.165 PC RM. It is also stated that when it appears that the physical freedom, honor and dignity are injured or inevitably endangered, only then could be testified the application of the liability for the offenses on human trafficking. In the absence of such circumstances, the liability for the offenses in question can not be applied. |
