| Rezumat | ||||||
The Parliament of Republic of Moldova adopted on March 22, 2012 the Law concerning the prevention and combating of organized crime. The Law regulates specific measures of prevention and combating delinquency in order to guarantee the protection of the person, society and state against illegal actions. By the Decision of the Government there was created the National Council Naţional for the Coordination of activities of prevention and combating of organized crime. It is widely implemented the cooperation of offenders with the bodies of penal prosecution, in exchange for a milder punishment or discharge of penal resposibility. It is also mentioned the necessity of widening the area of application of ,,discretion law” dictated by the process of humanization of the penal policy of the state and by the dynamics of the change of the structure and character of criminality. |
