In its evolution, the concept of contractual matrimonial regime knew different approaches, specific to the stages of society development. Along with the evolution of contemporary society to a broader international opening and in the perspective created by the integration of several countries into the European Union, the issue of diversity of contractual matrimonial regimes in the legislation of different countries will witness new approaches. |
