In the present article we have given the points of view, conceptions of many researchers in the field of law concerning the aspects of contravention responsibility as a form of legal liability. In spite of the fact that in the literature in the field there exists numerous definitions of contravention responsibility, each author expressing his or her opinion in an original mode, analyzed in ensemble, underlining the same particularities specific to contravention responsibility. There is analyzed the degree of social danger of contravention with that of infraction, the contravention being the illicit action with a degree of social peril at a lower degree than the infraction. Thus, in the contravention Code it is proposed that there should not exist normative provisions of the kind given in paragraph.(3) art. 16 of the contravention Code, concerning the contravention responsibility of the physical person.
