This article examined the main aspects of integration policy which is cur-rently underway in the country. These are filed in a dialectical relation with the social and political modernization of the country. Thus, efforts to modernize and Republic of Moldova's European integration occur simultaneously and aim the country's advancement towards democracy. Of particular importance in promoting integration policies have initialling, signing and ratification of the Association Agreement between Moldova and the European Union. Inplementarea this historic document will help modernize our country and to continue assimilation by Moldovan citizens of European democ-ratic values. Also, the article addresses the problems faced by Moldova's integration in-to European political and social modernization. These issues reflect, in particu-lar, misunderstandings and conflicts between different political actors: govern-ment and opposition coalition spheres of government, political leaders, inclu-ding party leaders etc. Clashes between these actors are determined by certain interests, in particular, the interests of power. The article also analyzes the problems of creating Moldova Alliance for Europe (APME). This alliance is composed only of two parties, does not have enough weight to effective governance. It is a minority and face great difficulti-es in establishing that the Government and the implementation of the Associati-on Agreement and to deliver the modernization of the country.
