Documents of civil state confirm the facts and the events that influence the appearance, the modification or the cessation of the people rights and those responsibilities, and they characterize people law status. Documents of civil state, as other identifying acts, establish the law status of the people – being married or divorced, born by the married parents or being adopted etc. That why in the contemporary society is difficult to exist without the documents that will confirm people personality. Without documents it is impossible the framing in different juridical relations or defend of personal rights, because third person wants to know with whom they establish the juridical relations. As well the documents of civil sate have an important social function. They serve to know the number and the structure of the citizens, to know the demographical situation, to defend the fundamental human rights and liberties. The organization of a good documents of civil state evidence provide the necessary data regarding the people birth rate and mortality, the evidence of children of the school age etc. Also in this labor there can be seen the mode of the civil state documents registration in the Republic of Moldova.
