Rezumat

The student, as a social being, cannot exist in school than in social relations, and the whole social relations as such was internalized and grayish, by each student individually, constitutes the very "essence of the personality". The quality of pupils' personality depends on the quality of social relations. As a result, if we want to form the desired personality, first must build and corresponding social relations we arrange school environment in which it operates for learning. The theory of education necessary to shape an individual's attachment to social groups or group whose member he belongs to the current usage designates social pedagogy and social education that ensures the formation/development of desirable social behaviors, constructive relationship skills formation, the formation of the spirit of initiative, contribute to the raising of self-esteem, etc
