The purpose of studying Romanian language and literature during the initial professional training is to train a young-linguist with a basic communication culture and literature, able to understand his followers, to communicate and interact with them, to use effectively and creatively abilities to solve their specific problems, student life, can proceed its existence at all stages of learning to be sensitive to the beauty of nature and man-made. Initial training must also be focused on building the skills needed so that the master made them feel, free to the class and face situations that may arise in the course of his education. The teacher of Romanian language and literature, not only must believe in himself and his professional skills, monitor learning, using methods of knowledge and personal development, to like what you have to realize with great dedication Romanian literature because he teaches only he really feels and lives. Lately more and more often discusses the term competence. Student centered in the learning process implies their responsible attitude towards their education and training process and results. In this article we will discuss the skills necessary in the system initial professional training of the young professor of Romanian language and literature, namely: the gnoseologycal and parasitological competence, assessment of professional activity continuous training Investigation, communicator, social integration etc. We will also address the problem the formation of pedagogical competence, linguistic and literary-lecturer specialized skills generic cognitive systemic and general.
