Rezumat

The researchers’ concerns about the activity and the activation of the subjects of current education reveal the fact that education, through its content and objectives, should permanently respond to the requirements of the social life. It must adapt itself and self-regulate according to the requests of the contemporary world, which is characterized by complexity, universality, etc. The active training and education are tightly connected. The former, together with the activism, must be understood in terms of a free way towards the manifestation of the educated, as well as a natural bent for his/her own activity. That would mean to make him/her aware, to stimulate and to convince him/her that he/she should act on his/her own, thanks to his/her own creative potentialities- both manual and intellectual. The active training of the subjects of education in the process of their activation represents both a premise and a result of effective training and formation, both a source and a didactic resource of the greatest relevance in the frame of the modern education.
