| Rezumat | ||||||
The formation of human capital through the educational and investment processes remains the global responsibility of all persons and governments. The results of empirical research of microeconomic data confirms the hypothesis, that human capital, rated at the level of education, promotes the growth of wages and productivity of employees, as well as on economic growth in general. Investment in human capital, in education, training and health, aimed, on the one hand, the preparation of scientific and professional human resources available, and on the other hand, the adjustment of human resources to structural changes of the economy imposed by scientific and technical progress, on grounds of efficiency. Investment in human capital is one of the most cost-effective investments and should be a priority for any community that is on the path of sustainable economic and social development.. |
