Rezumat

The transition has reached a point where the speed of transition to a genuine "market economy" depends decisively of management, management behavior, attitude towards change and managers view the change. In this article are displayed for analysis of some peculiarities of culture management or science on organizing cultural activities, as it was called before the discipline is the study of all the methods (forms, patterns) organization occurring in different societies and different historical periods within cultural events in their entirety and in some sectors of culture (theater, cinema, radio). The management objective in the sphere of culture and art lies in finding solutions (methods) appropriate organizational, which largely determines the effective social and cultural activity of the market economy. It follows that this science has two basic dimensions: cultural management as part of culturology, but modern management, which assume that talking about it when we have a system in which, through conscious human activity, we can organize, educate, and guide the spiritual development. It defines the space within which conditions can be achieved cultural creation and especially artistic forms, its implementation and perception of the general public.
