The literature of ’60 years of the Republic of Moldova is more than a generationist movement. It is a cultural phenomenon, involving the entire Romanian culture of Bessarabia, all the arts, including literature, journalism, science, education etc. The writers of ’60s are distinguished in all the art genres, not only in literature, for their elements as the supremacy of the individual, of the specific referring constantly to the human identity of the literature as anarchistic form of revelation of the human essence in all his diverse existential manifestations, to the national identity as an expression of the national life in its concrete forms of historical, social and geographical habitat, of sensitivity and vision of the world and to the aesthetic identity.
