Rezumat

Assortment policy is an important component of overall economic strategy for an enterprise. Matter how much the optimal structure of the assortment will depend on the size of company profits. In practice, there are many methods of generating assortment range. There are different methods of analysis (marginal approach, statistical approach, an approach based on the different kinds of the activities of the enterprise), and the form of representation of the final results (charts, tables) [3]. This publication will show the capability of one of the most effective methods of analysis of the "product portfolio" of the enterprise.
