In the context of implementation of new reforms and strategies in the education system researchers agree that students will achieve the best and most effective outcome when teachers work together, learn together, and suggest improvements and changes to ensure constant advancements in teaching. Teams have a central role in planning, coordinating and implementing innovative study methods suited to student requirements, and in turning schools into learning
organizations. Organizational theories suggest that teams are essential for developing more productive organizations. |
