The Constitution of the Republic of Moldova declared the economy of our country to be a “socially oriented market economy”. The author argues that the implementers of such economic system ought to study more profound an essence of social market economy, how it can be created and what it can assure. The author so far examines the essence and the evolution of the concept, practical implementation of the respective conception in economically advanced countries as well as some aspects of the transition of the R.Moldova to such an economic system. |
