<description xml:lang='ru' descriptionType='Abstract'>В статье альтруизм рассматривается, как гуманистическая и социальная цен-ность правовой культуры. Альтруизм, который является частью природы человека и составляющей его практик, в современном обществе служит своего рода иде-алом, является ориентиром для законодательства и социальной практики госу-дарств. В сфере права альтруизм способствует процессам интеграции социальных групп и индивидов, регуляции социальных отношений, появлению новых гумани-стически ориентированных форм социальных отношений. В статье механизм ре-гуляции правоотношений, мышления и поведения членов социума проанализиро-ван на основе теории «созидательного альтруизма» (creative altruism) П. Сорокина. На основе религиозно-антропологического подхода акцентируются альтруистиче-ские смыслы иудейского права.</description>
<description xml:lang='en' descriptionType='Abstract'>In the article altruism is examined as humanistic and social and value of legal culture. It is underlined that altruism which is a part of man’s nature and constituent of his practices, serves as a kind of ideal in modern society, is a guideline for a legislation and social practice of the states. In the field of rights altruism assists the processes of integration of social groups and individuals, regulation of social relations, appearance of new humanistic oriented forms of public relations. In the article mechanism of regulation of legal relationships, thoughts and conducts of society members, is analysed on basis of „creative altruism” Sorokin’s theory. On the basis of religious and anthropological approach altruisticе senses of judaic understanding of rights are emphasized.</description>
