Article is devoted the bases of responsibility for a piracy (sea robbery), being a crime, as on international, and to national criminal law. According to authors, the international community accepts effective measures on struggle against this crime of the international character. Special danger of a piracy during modern time consists in danger of merging of this crime with other crimes of the international character – terrorism, capture of the hostage, illegal circulation of the weapon or drugs. In article the criminally legal analysis of structure of sea robbery, its difference from other similar crimes is given also. |
