Data on the phenophases of sporipherous body formation of macromycetes are mentioned in the paper. For each species inventoried in the Republic of Moldova, every year, three stages of the phenophase were monitored: the emergence of sporipherous bodies; the determination of the culmination of their formation and the end of their formation. The analysis of obtained multiannual data allowed us to establish the beginning of the phenophases of sporipherous body formation, highlighting 4 seasonal periods: vernal (April-May); summer (June-July); autumn (September-October) and multiseasonal (spring-summer, summer-autumn, spring-summer-autumn). The calendar of sporipherous body formation of toxic and edible mushrooms was compiled on the basis of these data. Tables: 2, figures 18. Bibliographic sources: 15.
