In this work, is carried out an examination over the offences prevented at art.2641”The drive of means of transport in advanced alcohol-intoxicated form or in other substances intoxication aspect” from the Penal Code. In the depth of this opportunity, it is interpreted, now from different points of view, the stipulations of the respective penal norm. Now, it is taken into the account the stipulations of a new Road Traffic Regulation. The good results our examination succeeded to obtain can be properly employed in the Penal Law practice, as well as in the teaching and in the scientific work. |
