In the framework of this article, is managed the examination of the off ences prevented at art.266, 269 and at art.276 PC RM. In this regard, the following conclusion is actualized: the formulae of the connection between the dropping in danger off ence and the car accident area abandoning off ence is the concourse of off ences and not the special and general norm reciprocal competition. As well, there are brought important reasons in favor of art.266 PC RM repeal. It is again argued that the off ence prevented at art.269 PC RM is an exclusively auto transport fi eld one. The “part at the traffi c (another than the driver)” notion is contrived, generally appointing the subject of the off ence prevented at art.269 PC RM. In detail, are identifi ed the application ways of penal responsibility according to art.276 PC RM.
