| Rezumat | ||||||
The effi ciency of the realization of justice is ensured not only by the quality of
the act of justice, but also by its full execution, within reasonable terms, and by
the intact maintenance of the fi les, as long as they might be required. The article
includes a series of aspects related to the procedure of the preparation of legal
cases in order to transfer them to the archives, their way of transmission and
maintenance into the archive of the legal court. |
