In the framework of this article, we recommend exact and precise criterions applied
on the delimitation of the human traffi cking off ence, on the one side, and
the procurement off ence (art.220 PC RM), the beggary arrangement off ence
(art.302 PC RM), the state frontier crossing off ence (art.362 PC RM), the illegal
migration arrangement off ence (art.3621 PC RM) etc., on the other side. Concomitantly,
there are pointed out some other delimitation criterions, this time
between the infant traffi cking off ence, on the one side, and the parents and others
abuse at the time of children adoption (art.204 PC RM), the illegal detachment
of children outside the state territory off ence (art.207 PC RM), the entice of the
minors toward criminal acts or their persuation toward accomplishing immoral
acts (art.2008 PC RM), the infant pornography off ence (art.2081 PC RM) etc., on
the other side. |
