The purpose of this article is to analyze the way the types of the text within the veterinary sciences at the Algerian university (copies of examinations, report (relationship) of experiment, master's thesis) are built with the aim of determining models through which we could build our own texts. This operation results in what we call “the emergence of models”. The objective is to highlight the models-types, based on the analyzed works in order to use them in the didactic plan. But this approach of models reproduction is a difficult process as for the students who do the training course in veterinarian as for the teachers in charge of assuring it. The approach includes some stages such as the participation of actors of the institution, the questionnaires for the data collection and finally the determination of the model.
