Information about forensic investigation’s importance is presented. It represents objective proof for justice, which take a decisive part in the socio-juridical truth’s establishment. Explaining of causality relation between action and its effect, between trauma and its consequences is pointed out. Influence of pre-existing pathology on traumatic effect, which represents a case of peculiar estimation is distinguished. |
