The diffi culties met by the judicial instances while putting into practice the art.287 of the Criminal Code of Republic of Moldova are analyzed in the present study. The article contains theoretical refl ections with practical implications. The
main goal of the study is to reduce the number of defi ciencies from the content of the Decision of the Plenum of the Supreme Court of Republic of Moldova, No.4 from 19.06.2006 “With regards to the judicial practice in the penal cases on hooliganism”,
which declared aim is “the correct and uniform application of the legislation that refers to the examination of cases on hooliganism”. The suggestions and proposals formulated in the article have the nature of fi xing more precisely the
limits of application of the art.287 of the Criminal Code of Republic of Moldova. |
