The problem of anthropogenic disasters and calamities with multiple human casualties became an imperative with an overriding value in the world. Medicolegal activities can be divided in several successive stages. It begins in disaster area with diagnosis of death, description of specific signs and cadaver cloths, fixing of the main injuries and the character of separate fragments, participation in discovering, drawing of biological samples etc. All the signs and traces that may facility identification of the victim should be fixed during cadaver’s examination in the morgue. Forensic institution’s leaders should contribute to the organization of strict evidence of cadavers; assurance of storage rooms; examination and identification of cadavers; taking measures of protection against contamination and epidemic spreading by specialists; preservation of cadavers in optimal conditions until the burial. Multiple calamities and anthropogenic disasters in the world represent an important cause for the reevaluation in procedural, organizational and methodical aspect of these stringent problems. Countries all over the world are interested in solving of these problems.
