Rezumat

Reliability Analysis of Electric Networks of Di erent Voltage Levels. In the Republican electrical networks take place a signi" cant number of refusals, which affect the reliability of electricity supply to all consumers, including those in agriculture. Factors that determine the behavior of these interruptions and determine their level of in% uence on the reliability of equipment installed in electrical networks permit the development of the mechanism for ensuring continuity of electricity supply to consumers. Causal factors of refusals and their impact on the reliability of electrical networks are currently not studied at the level stipulated by documents in force as to indicators of reliability. Assurance of continuity of quality power supply of consumer can be achieved only on the basis of profound knowledge of the phenomena that accompany this process, which permits a justi" able planning from technical and economic point of view of the measures of assurance of reliability indicators. This paper is dedicated to the reliability analysis of electrical networks of diferent levels of tension.

В республиканских электрических сетях происходит значительное количество отказов, которые влияют на надежность электроснабжения всех потребителей, в том числе в сельском хозяйстве. Знание факторов, имеющих отношение к этим пере-боям и влияющих на надежность оборудования, установленного в электрических сетях, позволяет разработать механизм обеспечения качества электроэнергии. Причинные факторы отказов и их влияние на надежность электросетей в настоящее время не изучаются на уровне, предусмотренном дейтвующими документами, устанавливающими показатели надежности.Обеспечение непрерывности качественного электроснабжения потребителей может быть достигнуто только на основе глубокого знания явлений, сопровождающих этот процесс, что позволяет осуществить обоснованное планирование с технической и экономической точек зрения мер по обеспечению показателей надежности. Настоящая работа посвящена анализу надежности электрических сетей различного уровня напряжения.
