Rezumat | ||||||
In the article the author explores the concept and essence of differentiation of law
regulation of labor relationships. It is noted that the diversity of legal regulation of labor
relations – is one of the areas of labor law. It is emphasized that the basis of distinction
of law regulation of labor relationships, based on objective factors can be attributed
according to the method’s orientation – the ways of legal regulation: the state (central)
collective bargaining (local) and individual contractual regulation of labor relations. The
importance of defining the levels of differentiation in legal regulation is stressed. |
