The article analyzes conciliation procedures on settlement of individual labor disputes and collective labor disputes (conflicts). The definition of conciliation procedures on
settlement of individual labor disputes is provided in the article. Principles of conciliation procedures on settlement of individual labor disputes are being formulated. The conclusion is made about the need for legislative regulation of conciliation procedures on settlement of individual labor disputes. Proposals are introduced on improvement of legal regulation of conciliation procedures on settlement of individual and collective labor disputes under the existing labor laws and the draft Labour Code of Ukraine. |
