The article is devoted to the theoretical research of the development of the security contract of natural persons in Ukraine in the historical retrospective and taking into account the international practice. The analysis of legal literature on study of the concepts “security contract of object” and “security contract of person (natural persons)” is conducted. The activity of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine, practice of the activity of State Security Service of Ukraine and the private security companies is analyzed for the drawing up the proposals concerning the legal structure of liability legal relationship which is carried out within the security contract of natural persons.

В статье проводится теоретическое исследование развития договора охраны физических лиц в Украине в исто- рической ретроспективе и с учетом международной практики. Осуществляется анализ юридической литературы по исследованию понятий «договор охраны объекта» и «договор охраны личности (физических лиц)». Анализируется деятельность Министерства внутренних дел Украины, практика деятельности Государственной службы охраны Украины и частных охранных предприятий для выработки рекомендаций относительно юридической конструкции обязательственного правоотношения, которое осуществляется в пределах договора охраны физических лиц.
