The scientific article examines the legal regulation of the actual marriage in Ukraine, Russia, and in some countries of the
European Union. The author of the article analyzes the domestic and foreign regulations on family law andjurisprudence,
shows the position of both domestic and foreign scholars on the feasibility and scope of legal regulation of the actual
marriage. Particular attention is paid to the rights and obligations compared cohabitants and persons in a registered marriage,
under the laws of different countries. Based on this, formed new approaches and proposals for improvement of the national
family law, which regulates the actual marriage. |
