| Rezumat | ||||||
The article describes the procedure of election of the legal form, the procedure for the formation and legitimation of
the subjects of urban transport. Determined that the choice of the legal form of the entity in the field of urban transport
is depending on its form of ownership, goals and objectives that are put before them by the founders/participants. The
most optimal legal form of the entities in the field of urban transport and investigated the formation of such entities. It is
established that the process of legitimation involves three stages and enables the subject to obtain the necessary amount of
personality for training in economic activity. |
