Rezumat

Mentoring is a learning particular case, with rich psychosocial, ethical, aesthetic, economic, personalist, and historical connotations. Theme of mentoring relationships became an object of reflection and study in recent decades, especially in very dynamic context of creatology. Is distinguished by substantial help given to a pupil, usually younger, in training, to achieve better performance of life. Mentoring has been rediscovered in modern times as a peerless factor of promoting young people in the world of creative work. Mentors are people who help students – future teachers to understand the situations they face in the teaching-learning process, to observe what their role is in the educational process, contribute to the professional development of students, and improve teaching quality and training specialist. So, mentoring develop students skills to make their own decisions, conscious, to enrich their knowledge and develop their skills and becoming self-confident.
