Rezumat

Lifelong learning is a scientific summary that takes on particular aspects. Psychopedagogy of learning is a practical-applied, requires a real openness to educational theory. The approach is made from a dual perspective, psychological, considering the transformation of the models identified by psychologists in learning theory and training methods to ensure development, vocational trainees in school, with the means available to the teacher. The study involved learning, of course, not only psychology and pedagogy, but also axiological praxiological logic, neurophysiology, sociology, linguistics. Learning is focused on the eight key competences: 1. Care competence in the mother tongue and two international languages; 2. Fundamental skills in math, science and technology; 3. Digital competence use of information technology for knowledge and problem solving; 4. Axiological or valuation skills necessary for active and responsible participation in society; 5. Personal life management competence and career development; 6. Entrepreneurial competence; 7. Cultural Competence; 8. Skills for lifelong learning.
